Rainycards Terms of Service

Welcome to Rainycards! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rainycards website and services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by "Rainycards", "we", or "us". By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or older where required by your jurisdiction) to use Rainycards. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. User Conduct

You agree to use Rainycards solely for lawful and legitimate gameplay. You agree that you will not:

Exploit bugs, errors, or unintended features in the game.
Use cheats, automation, bots, scripts, or any form of unauthorized third-party software to gain an unfair advantage.
Create or control multiple accounts for purposes of unfair play, manipulation of matchmaking, farming in-game resources, or any other prohibited activity.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in any of the above conduct without notice.

3. User Content

"User Content" includes any content you submit, upload, post, or otherwise make available through the Service, including but not limited to text, images, gameplay data, and feedback.

By submitting any User Content to Rainycards, you grant Rainycards an irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual, unlimited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and non-sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, perform, and display such content in any form, media, or technology now known or hereafter developed, for any purpose, including commercial purposes.

You acknowledge that you have all necessary rights to grant this license and that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

4. Virtual Currency and In-App Purchases

Rainycards may offer one or more forms of virtual currency (such as "coins", "gems", or other in-game credits), which can be earned through gameplay or purchased using real money through in-app purchases (IAPs).

Virtual currency has no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real currency, and may not be transferred, sold, or traded outside the game.
You do not own virtual currency or items, but are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use them within the Service.
We reserve the right to modify, adjust, or remove virtual currency and items at any time, with or without notice.
All purchases of virtual currency or virtual goods are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

5. No Refund Policy

All payments made through Rainycards, including but not limited to in-app purchases of virtual currency or digital goods, are non-refundable and non-returnable. By making a purchase, you agree that:

You are responsible for understanding what is being purchased.
No refunds will be provided for unused virtual currency, digital items, or account access.
Refunds will not be given for loss of access due to account bans or violations of these Terms.

If you believe a purchase was made fraudulently or in error, please contact your payment provider (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, etc.) directly.

6. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access or use of your account.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. This includes but is not limited to violations of these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Rainycards disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rainycards shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the Service or other reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
